This role is crucial to ensuring the security and compliance of our software development processes. If you have a demonstrated and advanced background in datacenter support and have the following certifications: IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification, and an active Secret clearance, we encourage you to apply.
    • BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years' experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years' experience.
    • Must have one of the following IAT Level II certifications (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification. Applications without a certificate will not be considered.
    • Experience serving as a system administrator for Microsoft O365, VMWare, Vsphere and NsX-T, Linux Red Hat, Windows Server, SQL, MySQL, EMC SAN technologies and applications, Active Directory, AWS or Microsoft Azure.
    • Experience maintaining a high availability datacenter.
    • Deep technical knowledge: Expertise in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, storage technologies, cloud computing platforms, and security best practices.
    • Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical abilities to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
    • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Have the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
    • U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security clearance.
    Job Duties:
    • Will serve in the datacenter support group, which includes responsibilities of proper configuration and support of domain system servers, SAN, NAS, backup systems, identity management, and security of the datacenter.
    • Manage development/sustainment, staging, production systems in a hybrid cloud/datacenter environment.
    • Planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, managing all system servers and applications.
