Kemper is seeking licensed agents to join its field sales teams as Licensed Insurance Sales Agents with sign on bonus and uncapped commissions. Licensed Agent Bonus Program Through Kemper's Licensed Agent Bonus Program new agents who are licensed to sell all Kemper Life Products will be eligible for up to $4750 in bonuses during their first year $750 bonus when hired and assigned to an agency $1500 bonus after six production months $2500 bonus after 12 production months
- Coordinating home visits conducting sales presentations recommending products closing new sales
- Prospecting for new sales opportunities Maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on pre-arranged schedule you determine Responding promptly service requests such beneficiary changes claims loans Record keeping accounting money collected processing policy paperwork Grow the assigned territory through new sales Build strong working relationships customers Devote time necessary fulfill responsibilities role Pursue continuous professional development insurance products effectiveness Customer service experience Must fully licensed sell Kemper Life's products Customer must at least years age Valid driver's license required auto insurance coverage Dependable vehicle daily travel Ability pass background check motor vehicle report drug screening Authorization work United States
