- Drafting, reviewing and editing high volume of documents including contracts and amendments, transactional closing documents, easements, cost sharing agreements, memorandum of agreements, etc
- Review title, survey(s)/site plans, contract and other deal specific information and identify red flags and/or issues, material v. nonmaterial items/info, etc.
- Work with title attorney on title clearances matters and clearance documents
- The attorney will possess 5+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience within a law firm environment. Leasing work is not a part of this practice.
- Knowledge of Georgia CRE transactions and industry, and the acquisition and development process (contract, title, easements, due diligence, closing)
- Land acquisition, developer and/or homebuilding industry experience would be a plus
- Strong mentorship from senior partner
