- 13 Week Contract & possible extension options.
- Start Dates: ASAP start dates available.
- Shift: 12-hour Night shift.
- Full-time schedule; 36 hours/week.
- Collects data relevant to resident's physical and psychosocial condition on an ongoing basis and communicates findings to other members of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Contributes to the creation of a developmentally age-appropriate and culturally relevant plan of resident care reflecting nursing diagnosis and interventions to achieve desired resident outcomes involving the resident/family and healthcare team in this process while promoting a healthy, safe environment.
- Recommends revisions to the plan of care, after evaluation of resident outcomes and indicates the need for referrals to ensure all aspects of the resident's care have been addressed.
- MI License Required.
- Certs: (AHA) BLS Required.
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
- Meet pre-employment credentialing clearances (Background Check & Drug Screen).
- Ability to meet physical demands (stand: walk; sit; climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl), and lift up to 50lbs).
- $1, $2,084.00 weekly based on 36 hours.
