Pediatric Hospitalist Nocturnist

What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to pediatric patients with a wide range of medical conditions and acuity levels.
• Participate in collaborative rounds with multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Mentor and teach learners in a supportive, academically focused environment.
• Partner closely with families to guide care plans with compassion and clarity.
• This position does not include delivery attendance.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For

• Board-certified/eligible Pediatric Hospitalist or General Pediatrician with strong inpatient experience.
• Commitment to caring for children with high medical complexity.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a collaborative care approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
