- Evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders
- Creating personalized treatment plans based on evaluations
- Delivering speech and language therapy to students one-on-one or in groups
- Keeping organized records of evaluations and therapy sessions
- Tracking progress and having regular meetings with parents/guardians
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in the state of Virginia (ASHA CCC's)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to remote work environment and schedules
