Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part‑time equity / token‑based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4–5 months, following our node, token sale or funding.

Autheo is building THEO AI, a sovereign AI platform orchestrating trillion‑parameter GenAI models, multi‑agent systems, and RAG/KAG pipelines across DePIN infrastructure with <10 ms responses, 99 % hallucination‑free reasoning, and HIPAA/GDPR compliance. As a part‑time Senior AI Engineer in an equity‑based cofounder role, you'll develop intelligent systems using LangChain and AutoGen, powering autonomous agents for DePIN failure detection, GenAI‑driven dApp deployment, and KAG‑based healthcare decision support. This role is critical to enabling 10× faster dApp creation and self‑healing 200 GB/s DePIN networks. Key Responsibilities

1. Agentic System Design

• Build autonomous agents for DePIN failure detection and contract updates.
• Implement GenAI interfaces generating GrappLang code from natural prompts.
• Orchestrate RAG/KAG pipelines with 99% accurate FHIR drug reasoning.

2. AI Orchestration

• Develop LangChain/AutoGen workflows for agentic execution in <10 ms.
• Integrate multi‑agent systems with 200 GB/s DePIN compute tasks.
• Design saga patterns for distributed AI consistency across blockchains.

3. Compliance & Privacy

• Embed GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA‑compliant data routing with audit logging.
• Implement differential privacy (ε=0.5) for AI model outputs.
• Generate zk‑proof audit trails for SOC 2/HITRUST certification.

4. AI Reliability

• Deploy AI services to Kubernetes with 99.999% uptime.
• Implement OpenTelemetry tracing for 100% workflow paths (<15 min MTTR).
• Build ML‑based monitoring for hallucination detection.

5. Developer Ecosystem

• Deliver SDKs (Python/JS) for single‑command AI operations.
• Build self‑service AI consoles for deployment in <5 minutes.
• Design sandbox environments for rapid AI testing.

6. Leadership & Innovation

• Collaborate with data, ML, and blockchain teams for seamless integration.
• Lead AI architecture reviews for scalability and compliance.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent.
• 5+ years building AI systems for high‑throughput environments.
• Expertise in LangChain, AutoGen, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proficiency in RAG/KAG pipelines and compliance auditing.

Preferred:
