    1. Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose.
    2. Interacts with companies, employees, and their families in an interfaith setting while accepting different lifestyles.

    You will provide confidential pastoral discussions for problem issues such as family matters,
    sadness over loss of loved ones (or other emotional losses), serious illness etc. while supporting employees through life's challenges.

    -Key qualities needed include spiritual maturity; proficiency using software programs like Google Docs;
    -as well demonstrating administrative skills which includes making decisions about sensitive/confidential matters daily.
