CB Global Security Software Development team is an innovative software engineering team that actively works on development of new security related products , supports various Legacy systems and actively takes part in various cyber security initiatives.

We are looking for a software engineering-savvy business analyst with experience working in the Software Development Lifecycle who will help us to deliver new features and functionality and enhance our platform's capabilities to bring new experiences to our internal and external customers faster, more efficiently and at the scale our business requires.

Partner with our Security Software Development to deliver new security products and features.

Embedded with the Product, Operations and Software engineering team to accelerate our discovery process including understanding how things work today across many contributing product teams.

Summarize and present insights from technical discovery and business discovery sessions that help the organization and working teams benefit from what you've learnedProvide insight into our execution planning by identifying existing constraints (technical challenges, capacity challenges, etc.)Take ownership of challenges and understanding the root cause (process, people and technology) of those challengesPartner with Solution Architects, Producer Owners, Product Managers, Business SMEs, Lead Engineers, etc.

to understand the teams needed to innovate and solve problemsHelp us identify and prioritize opportunities by analyzing and massaging data from our platformAnalyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.

Works with Software Developers to support design and development as required.
Prepares detailed functional and technical specifications from which programs will be written.
Interacts with end users to gather requirements and scope of effort. Performs analysis of user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
Identifies and assesses probable interactions of related systems and predicts impact of a change in assigned system.

May review proposals, including gathering facts, analyzing data and preparing project overview which compares alternatives in terms of cost, time, availability of equipment and personnel etc.

Recommends course of action.
Maintains a strong working knowledge of system interaction to ensure success in overall architectural solution.

Functions as a liaison between the client, community and internal Software Engineers and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems.

Ensures data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations.
Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements. Participates in unit, integration and test procedures. Compares test results against requirements to validate that coding is accurate.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
