- Maintain and organize patient and office filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Scan, upload, and properly document patient records
- Assist with general office tasks and day-to-day administrative needs
- Support team members with clerical duties as assigned
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist patients with general questions regarding orders, documentation, and next steps
- Route calls to appropriate departments when necessary
- Document patient communications accurately in the system
- Prepare and organize paperwork for order processing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Provide support during busy periods to ensure timely workflow
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative or healthcare office experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry systems)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong customer service skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
