Our Front Of House Team Members are the face of our company and are the first step in providing fast, friendly and accurate service and hospitality to our guests. You help us show CARE as we create great experiences for our local guests and visitors. Serving others will be an integral part of your daily responsibilities at this restaurant. If that does not appeal to you, this may not be the place for you.

Working Directly with A Chick-fil-A Operator - The Operator is a local owner of the Chick-fil-A franchise, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future as they lead day to day operations in the restaurant

Applicants must be able to:
* Make guests feel welcome
* Make caring connections with guests
* Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
* Work outdoors, regardless of season- we do our best to mitigate the heat and cold during the more extreme times of the year by providing outdoor coolers/heaters, shorts/jackets, cooling neck towels/heated vests, etc.
* Lift items up to 50 pounds, unless there is a specific reason not to
* Work legally in the United States
Prior experience serving guests is appreciated but not required. We can teach you that.

Chick-fil-A operates the 3rd largest fast-food chain and specializes in chicken menu items, with more than 2500 restaurants in 47 states. The chain is popular for its breaded chicken sandwiches and waffle fries, as well as other menu items such as chicken strips and chicken nuggets. The chain was started in 1946 by former chairman Truett Cathy. Back then he established a policy that all restaurants be closed on Sundays to guarantee family time each week and we continue to honor this today.
Serving a breaded, boneless chicken breast between two buttered buns is a seemingly simple idea--but it was a novelty for its time. Truett Cathy experimented for years at the Dwarf Grill in Hapeville, GA when in 1964, he finally arrived at the perfect recipe. On that day, the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich was born. That capital A is on purpose – it means "grade A top quality". Truett's customers told him, "We like it, don't change it again." And we haven't.
