- Reporting and Communication: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external clients, providing updates on investment activities, performance, and market insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or related field, with a focus on real estate transactions and investments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market dynamics, asset classes, and investment strategies.

This Real Estate Acquisitions Associate will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities across real estate acquisitions, secondaries, and co-investments. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in real estate investment analysis, market research, and transaction execution to drive value for our clients and contribute to the continued growth and success of our real estate investment platform.
