Three (3) years of experience as a licensed nurse in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other healthcare-related setting. Previous supervisory experience

Current RN or LPN License

Nurse Manager
to join a growing and dynamic team
Job Description:
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Oversee nursing schedules and manage staff performance
Handle and address any concerns or complaints
Ensure the delivery of compassionate and high-quality care
Maintain cleanliness and infection control practices
Help determine the care needs and treatments required by residents
Participate in stand-up, utilization, and management team meetings to discuss resident status and personnel
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Possess valid CPR and First Aid certifications
Strong assessment and evaluation skills
Ability to make effective decisions that lead to short-term and long-term solutions
Strong problem-solving skills
