    Marketing Coordinator

    About Us:

    We're a leading supplier of wholesale fuel and petroleum products, operating 17 travel centers across the Midwest.

    We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our marketing strategies and initiatives.

    Job Summary:

    This role involves tackling daily administrative tasks crucial to achieving our departmental goals, as well as contributing to our overall marketing strategies and initiatives.

    You'll have the opportunity to explore ideas that work for both B2B and B2C environments, working collaboratively in a team environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Marketing Leadership
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Monitor digital listings and online reputation
    • Write, proofread, and format content copy for marketing materials
    • Manage and grow social media presence
    • Create visually appealing graphics for marketing projects
    • Support development and coordination of marketing materials and signage requests
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
    • Help organize and coordinate events
    • Maintain and update company websites and marketing databases
    • Maintain inventory and management of promotional items

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles
    • Experience with social media platforms, specifically Facebook and LinkedIn
    • Strong proficiency in Canva for creating visual graphics and content
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

    Working Conditions & Environment:

    This job requires sitting or standing for extended periods, occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

    The work environment is a business office setting with moderate noise levels.
