- Responsible for qualifying and testing all immunological reagents produced in the laboratory.
- Test and characterize reference standards.
- Maintain stock of reference standards.
- Qualify each new lot of antigen or antiserum.
- Conduct validations of tests for the SPF flock-monitoring program.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
- Support projects focused on enhancing quality control.
- Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) in life sciences or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience with tests such as AGP, IFA, PCR, Eliza, AJHI, MFIA, tissue culture, or cell cultures.
