    The Socher Team, with Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan, is looking for our next team member to help catapult business growth. We are looking for a committed individual with excellent administrative and organizational skills committed to supporting the CEO. The right person for this role has a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever. Must be learning based, adaptable to change and be solutions oriented.     General Job Responsibilities:

    • Communication: Assisting with CEO communication by reviewing and formatting communications (presentations, emails, reports, Excel spreadsheets); composing and sending independent responses to emails, when appropriate; fielding incoming correspondence (phone calls, email); creatively using communication technology; and maintaining contacts in databases.
    • Scheduling: Managing and maintaining CEO personal and business schedules by continually updating calendar to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate; arranging meetings to maximize managers time efficiency, while balancing business and corporate priorities; determining if CEO should be alerted or meeting should be rescheduled when CEO is running behind; and determining which events require managers presence and which do not.
    • Listing Coordination: Assisting with data entry on new listings - entering into the MLS
    • Client care: Purchasing, sending and dropping off gifts
    • Marketing: Helping manage CEOs social media accounts, assisting with and attending team and client based events
    • Collaborating with other team members on completion of projects, cross training with other roles in the business
    • General office support including picking up of lockboxes, purchasing office supplies, delivering mailins to post office, processing paperwork and other duties as assigned

    Pay: $45,000-55,000 per year (depending on experience), with bonus and growth opportunities available
