Job summary
A Information Security Project Manager will support the Information Security and Awareness Office in implementing scrum methodologies managing cybersecurity initiatives ensuring alignment with NIH's Zero Trust Architecture objectives. The ideal candidate will facilitate daily stand-ups bi-weekly sprint planning sprint reviews retrospectives conduct backlog refinement sessions maintain project/program backlogs provide Agile coaching to federal project program teams track task assignments ensure incremental delivery of services develop execute agendas presentations meeting notes tailored to ISAO leadership audiences support creation execution of Program Management Plan to track ZTA initiatives manage risks provide dashboard reporting draft maintain Three-Year Cybersecurity Program Charter outlining priorities stakeholder engagement implementation strategies oversee execution of NIH's Three-Year Cybersecurity Plan ensuring milestones risks stakeholder coordination are effectively managed prepare project program-level reports for NIH leadership ensure compliance with NIH/HHS security privacy requirements safeguarding PII Controlled Unclassified Information CUI support government quality assurance surveillance activities aligned Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan QASP.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology Cybersecurity related field.
- Minimum of 2 years cybersecurity experience supporting IT projects related tasks.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
