    **Position Title: Information Technology Support Specialist**

    Location: Vancouver WA

    Travel: Travel through regional locations will be required - approximately 10%

    Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    As IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a variety of Airgas technology systems and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide second and third tier support to end users, as well as support to tier one technicians in a Help Desk environment. You will provide immediate solutions when possible, furnish feedback to end users, and inform other IT staff on recurring issues that are affecting multiple users.

    In particular, you will:

    Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware (PCs, Thin Clients, etc) and software.

    Troubleshoot hardware and software conflicts and make repairs or adjustments as necessary.

    Provide technical assistance and training to end users on computer operating systems and approved applications.

    Assist in evaluating and testing new technologies for feasibility and implementation within the organization.

    Maintain all support work orders in the iSupport helpdesk system.

    May participate in after hours support.

    Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or business or equivalent work experience.

    3+ years working as a PC Technician in a Microsoft operating system environment.

    1+ years working with Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager and Altiris Notification Server is preferred.
