    Global Compensation and Benefits Manager


    Job Description:

    The Global Compensation and Benefits Manager is an Individual Contributor responsible for supporting Arrow's global compensation and benefit (C&B) programs. Collaborating closely with the regional Compensation teams, this position supports various C&B projects, initiatives, and processes.

    This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial CO and 2 days from home.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Lead the Global Merit process.
    • Lead the Wellbeing Forward program.
    • Partner with regional C&B teams to ensure alignment and consistency in global C&B strategies and processes including job evaluations, salary structures, and global benefit programs.
    • Manage the Global Career Framework
    • Participate in global compensation surveys.
    • Analyze market trends and conduct benchmarking studies.
    • Oversight of Payfactors system and survey management process
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of global C&B processes .
    • Support Global C&B projects, as necessary.

    What We Are Looking For:

    Relationship Management: Proven relationship management skills with leaders and employees at all levels, the ability to collaborate well, and work effectively as a team member or a project manager.

    Project Management: Ability to manage several global projects simultaneously with competing deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to develop project plans, project charters, and roles/responsibilities outlines, lead weekly global team meetings, and manage project deliverables and deadlines for several global projects at a time. Excellent organizational skills.

    Communication Skills: Demonstrate advanced writing skills and able to draft email communications, FAQs, training content in Word and PowerPoint, manager and HR talking points, research summaries, etc. related to compensation and benefits programs, systems, and practices.

    Consulting Skills: Demonstrate prior experience consulting client groups, HR colleagues, regarding compensation and benefits design, practice, trends, and the implementation of compensation and benefits projects. Ability to assess situations, understand problems and identify the root cause, evaluate potential solutions and implications, and form a plan to address challenges.

    Technical Skills: Ability to identify and understand system requirements for global projects and work with HR Technology teams to develop and test system functionality and reporting. Knowledge of or the aptitude to adapt quickly to functionality of HRIS or other systems used for global compensation and benefits projects. Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and proficient use of HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and compensation and benefits related web applications required.

    Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

    $99, $148,500.00

    Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
