A Perfect Bloom Memphis is seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Collierville, TN. As a full-service florist, we create beautiful and unique arrangements for weddings, events,  sympathy, and everyday occasions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and a keen eye for detail. They should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Create and design floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions

- Consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences

- Source and select the best quality flowers and materials for each project

- Prepare and arrange flowers in a visually appealing and creative manner

- Ensure timely delivery and set-up of arrangements

- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and seamless design experience for clients

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Floral Designer 

- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery

- Strong design skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

- Knowledge of floral design software is a plus

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
