Job summary
We are seeking a highly collaborative Director of People Operations to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that strengthen both people and purpose. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, compensation, benefits, HRIS, training performance management employee relations conflict resolution coaching facilitation federal state local employment wage hour workers compensation laws comfort working diverse racial ethnic socioeconomic religious backgrounds demonstrated commitment furthering workplace equity inclusion belonging ability communicate respond timely manner think strategically analyze problems develop creative solutions positively influence leadership team HR issues.Responsibilities
- Foster positive respectful productive transparent organizational culture implementation effective employee relations performance strategies programs.
