Job summary
This position will assist in planning coordinating and directing the cleaning sanitation program designed to maintain a high level of food safety product quality. As Sanitation Lead you will oversee the cleaning sanitation of food processing machinery equipment utensils facility.Responsibilities
- Effectively train sanitation crew on cleaning sanitation protocols in accordance with company master sanitation program.
- Oversee utilization chemicals agents clean sanitize processing area walls floor equipment.
