supporting the teams in North America to help them become and remain the best in their field.
Our core team thrives in a hybrid environment in San Francisco. In Seattle and Los Angeles, we have burgeoning teams creating their unique work styles. Elsewhere in the country, we have fully remote team members who succeed from their homes. These teams are dedicated to Marketing, Entertainment & Partnerships, Marketing Technology, and new Game Development.
You will work alongside local leadership to ensure the teams flourish and create the best work of their career.
You will provide headcount planning advice and drive onboarding, employee experience, performance management, coaching, L&D, organizational design and development, communication, team dynamics..
anything related to People.You will report to the Co-Chief People Officer and will be a member of the Global People Team collaborating with others in Helsinki, Shanghai, and Seoul.

ResponsibilitiesShape the teams by creating the best possible environment
Challenge Leads and help them become the best version of themselves
Coach Leads, teams and individuals to peak performance
Facilitate the complete employee lifecycle, from headcount planning, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
Listen for opportunities to design, organize, and deliver training and team events
Identify and develop selected global people initiatives (i.e. well-being, performance management...)
Work creatively together with other People Partners around engagement and change initiatives and their implementation
Be an active advocate for fostering Supercell culture and values in everyday interactions with Leads and team members
Collaborate and foster collaboration amongst other People and teams across geographies
Work with NA Leads to drive and maintain a local collaborative culture amongst different teams and individuals
Direct the recruitment staff and efforts as the North American teams grow and transform
Lead members of the Admin/Office staff to create the best possible working environment
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience as a People Partner or HRBP
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to work effectively in an evolving, creative environment
Having a flexible, improvement mindset, and a genuine interest in your self-development
Previous experience working in an international environment involving regular travel to other countries
Experience in performance management, coaching, well-being, or talent management development
Passion for games
Sleeves up & hands-on attitude. We don't have any spectators here
This position must be based in the San Francisco office. We operate a hybrid model and are in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, weekly.
Benefits and Compensation
While the salary range based on your background, skills, and experience for this position is $178k – $266k, your financial compensation model also consists of an annual bonus, RSU equity, and 401k.
