    Description
    *Mental Health Therapist - Professional Counselor - Licensed Social Worker**$5,000 sign-on bonus*evolvedMD's Behavioral Health Managers (*BHM*s) open the front door to transformational mental health services for people across Utah.     BHMs have the unique opportunity to expand their expertise and flex new muscles as they are embedded in primary care practices and collaborate with Primary Care Providers (PCPs) to provide best-in-class collaborative care for patients.

    To deliver the best experience for our clinicians, we wraparound services with supervision from a Clinical Manager, administrative support from Care Coordination, and additional guidance from a Psychiatric Consultant.

    treat patients, while leaving the administrative burden to other highly capable professionals.


    Known for putting our people first and prioritizing the professional development of our clinicians to ensure that they can be the best for our patients and communities we serve, all BHMs are automatically enrolled in a first of its kind integrated care training, the Collaborative Care Leadership Development Program (CCLDP), a two-year journey to develop the best integrated mental health professionals in the country.

    *Compensation** *Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually (DOE and License)

    • Associate license salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 annually (DOE)
    • Independent license salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 annually (DOE)
    * *$5K sign on bonus:* 1/2 awarded at the six-month mark; final payment after one year of employment
    * *Automatic $5K salary increase* after year one of participating in leadership program with an *investment up to $10,000* following program completion after year two.
    * *Your paycheck is not determined by billable hours*, creating peace of mind and consistent pay

    *About You** *Master's degree* in clinical behavioral health field, such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.
    * *Active license and in good standing *with the Utah Department of Commerce Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) or the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire. *Associate or Independent licensure: AMFT, MFT, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC** *Clinical experience *as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems

    • Proven experience and competence with brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy) is preferred
