Job DescriptionDescriptionThe Production System Analyst is responsible for supporting the Business Operations team in analyzing and improving business processes in alignment with the Franklin Production System.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the current production system and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and insights that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with the Business Process Improvement Manager and key business owners and customers to streamline business processes.
• Assist in creating a document management system.
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.

Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseSkills and Abilities

• Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Ability to travel regionally, as needed.

Education and Experience

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (Required)
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Preferred)

Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Intermediate experience with Power BI and other data analytics software.
