    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
    ProCare Therapy wants a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychologist for the upcoming schoolyear. We have a school district that would love to hire someone with pediatric and school experience. They have a K-12th grade caseload that needs serviced full time. Please reach out to me via text, email, or call if you are interested in this position or need more information

    Job Details:
    • Onsite near the Badin, North Carolina area
    • Start in August
    • # students/sites and caseload information will be discussed further on interview with special services director

    Requirements:

    • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
    • Active North CarolinaState School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure
    • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs
    • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning
    • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success
    • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
    • Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievement
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided
