    JOB COACH with ACRE, APSE, or CESP Certification
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Job Coach to join our team.

    As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities.

    Job Coaching assignments may include:
    • Skills assessment: Conducting an assessment of the individual's skills, abilities, and interests to understand their strengths and areas for development.
    • Job search assistance: Assisting the individual in finding suitable employment opportunities that align with their skills and interests.
    • Resume building: Helping the individual create a well-crafted resume that highlights their qualifications and experiences.
    • Interview preparation: Providing guidance and support in preparing for job interviews, including practicing interview skills and providing feedback.
    • On-the-job training: Providing one-on-one training tailored to the individual's needs, ensuring they understand their job duties and can perform them accurately.
    • Support with job duties: Assisting the individual in learning and carrying out their job responsibilities, including providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
    • Collaboration with employers: Building relationships with employers and advocating for the needs of the individual with a disability in the workplace.
    • Monitoring progress: Regularly assessing the individual's progress on the job and providing feedback for improvement and growth.
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution: Assisting the individual in resolving work-related challenges or conflicts that may arise.
    Qualifications
    • 18 years of age or older (required)
    • Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
    • ACRE, APSE, or CESP Certified (required)
    • Have a Current, Non-Provisional Driver's License valid in the state of operation.
    • Experience with the developmentally disabled or as a job coach.
    • Empathetic and have a team approach to care for the individuals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.
    • Willing to undergo drug testing and background check.
