We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for our PM (Night) shift. This position will focus on the overall production, food safety, quality, and maintenance related matters.
Schedule:
Afternoons (Starting at 3pm, at least 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Oversee and all aspects of PM production.
Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among plant employees.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Control costs to meet financial targets.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of operators.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and development.
Other Responsibilities include:
Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Safety Protocol:
Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures, correct or report any observed safety hazards, support safety policies and programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred but not required.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment
Experience with production planning systems (MRP/ERP)
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in a Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment. Preferably dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing.
Skills:

Bilingual highly preferred (Spanish/English fluent in both languages, read, write and speak)

3+ years
