    SENIOR ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER

    Our confidential client, a leading electrical contractor on the west coast is actively looking for a results-oriented leader to join their ranks in Portland, OR.


    Requirements:
    You boast 5 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on high-tech/mission critical construction.
    A construction management or electrical engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
    Your electrical construction background (apprenticeship, journeyman, project/general foreman a plus) is the foundation.
    Strong financial experience with stellar communication skills (written and oral) to keep everyone on the same page.


    Responsibilities:
    Take complete ownership of assigned projects, managing schedules, budgets, change orders, materials, client relations, and billing.
    Build strong client relationships, nurture key accounts, and identify new business opportunities
    Collaborate with your team to craft accurate project estimates and bids, ensuring project success from the start.
