    Job Description

    We're seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Avita, a growing Multi-Family Management Company.

    No prior experience is required – we'll provide training and mentorship to help you succeed.

    As a Leasing Consultant, you'll work with us to:

    • Exceed occupancy goals of 94%-96%
    • Increase budget and financial comprehension through income reporting tasks
    • Submit lease applications within 48 hours
    • Provide exceptional customer service and host resident functions

    You'll be an ambassador for our brand, delivering a unique service experience to residents and prospective residents.

    Other duties may include:

    • Greeting and assisting prospective tenants
    • Conducting property tours
    • Processing rental applications and preparing lease agreements
    • Collecting security deposits and rental payments
    • Coordinating move-in and move-out inspections
    • Maintaining organized records of tenant interactions and lease agreements

    Your schedule will be Monday to Friday (Wednesday and Sunday off), with Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Flexible scheduling is required for the first 90 days to accommodate training.
