A global insurance company is seeking a Business Analyst III to join their Alpharetta office. The Business Analyst III will be responsible for the creation of Business Analysis artefacts to support the delivery of projects via:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the creation of Business Process design and re-engineering artefacts utilizing Blueworks; as-is, to-be mappings (e.g. level 4 swim lane process mapping with level 5 supporting SOP's. Documenting and collecting data in context of agreed process framework, tracing back to Insurance Value Chain, whilst identifying opportunities for improvements which will need to be ratified ahead of their development as part of an operational transformation program.
• Responsible for guiding colleagues by supporting them in understanding the outcome scope driven by business needs and providing the broader context of target operating model.
• Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people, including subject matter experts to challenge, verify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Define measurable objectives and results for the teams, ensuring clarity and alignment towards desired outcomes.
