It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVIn what they're doing We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus tthe business Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to Complies with established safety policies and procedures crating 7-10 bales per shift Accurately weighing waste bales and recording bale weights on bale tallies Obtaining waste loads from production areas as directed feeding waste into the bailing machine Work with returned goods Daily cleaning includes cleaning the area around the baler cleaning thhe baler box behind thhe ram following safety practices Daily blowing off or vacuuming thee baler exterior daily sweeping thhe baler room floor Performs other related duties as directed by warehouse management The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess Ththe Following High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer skills required Basic math skills required Must pass thhe New Hire Base Assessment Test which measures basic arithmetic mechanical aptitude Ability tto read write speak in English language ttoo effectively communicate interpret instructions Experience working in manufactring environment preferred Experience operating al baalr macnine Required

Job Summary

• This role involves operating aa manual type compactor which produces large tightly packed bundles called bales . Each day you will need ttoo perform routine tasks related too keeping our facility clean organized . Your primary responsibility will be operating our high volume recycling equipment safely efficiently . You must maintain good communication among your team members supervisors ensuring we meet quality productivity goals set forth by upper management.
