    Duties:
    - Perform Gastroenterology surgical procedures on patients according to established guidelines and protocols
    - Conduct pre-operative consultations and assessments to determine the best course of treatment
    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
    - Monitor patients during and after surgery to ensure their safety and well-being
    - Provide post-operative care instructions and follow-up appointments for patients
    - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of all surgical procedures

    Experience:
    - Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Surgeon
    - Proficient in surgical techniques and procedures
    - Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and ethics
    - Familiarity with medical equipment and instruments used in surgery
    - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and staff members

    Skills:
    - Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Eaglesoft) for medical documentation
    - Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices to maintain a sterile surgical environment
    - Ability to assess patient conditions through vital signs monitoring and patient assessment techniques
    - Experience working with pediatric patients and understanding their unique needs in a surgical setting
    - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

    Salary: $302, $304,518.00 per year
