- Ensure accuracy of inventory through cycle counts and other assigned tasks.
- Perform cycle counts in the warehouse at least four times a year to identify discrepancies and issues with product integrity.
- Conduct quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items, and coordinate with Merchandising for resolution.
- Investigate causes of weight discrepancies, receiving/put away issues, and damaged products in warehouse slots.
- Proactively monitor First-in First-out (FIFO) items for proper rotation.
- Validate reserves and pallet counts.
- Review and verify put-away and transfer processes.
- Document and execute product transfers within the warehouse.
- Analyze inventory reports and investigate inventory shrinkage.
- Manage will call orders as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with customers and associates.
- Proficient in basic mathematical operations and problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.

JOB SUMMARY
