- Manage and supervise all programs, services, and operations at the U.S.VETS site
- Evaluate trends in needs and gaps to develop programs accordingly
- Set annual goals and objectives for the site and ensure successful accomplishment
- Maintain a therapeutic environment in line with the U.S.VETS Mission and Philosophy
- Establish and nurture relationships with community partners, including the Veterans Administration, local Continuum of Care, housing facilities, landlords, donors, and agencies
- Supervise site Clinical and Program Team to deliver services effectively
- Collaborate with the Clinical and Program departments to implement organization and program models
- Manage site Operations department to ensure compliance with regulations and client care guidelines
- Oversee fiscal management and budget tracking to prevent deficits
- Lead employee recruitment, training, retention, and performance evaluations
- Facilitate regular meetings with site staff and monitor goals for reporting
- Requirements include a degree in social work, Public Administration, or Non-Profit Management, along with leadership and conflict management skills
- Prior experience in program management, staff supervision, and budget management is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively across various groups and represent the organization professionally
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned
