- Automate current processes within preparation and accounting
- Oversee external tax team, develop tax planning strategies, perform tax research and analysis
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's, JD, or CPA preferred
- Experience with MSO structures huge plus
- Minimum 8 years of experience, ideally in corporate or public accounting firm
- Track record of overseeing process improvements/change management
