    Fremont Village,a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for aHHA/CNAto join our growing team

    Fremont Village Senior Living recently opened in October of 2022 and is located right off Highway 169 in Zimmerman, MN. We help seniorsAge Magnificentlyin our gorgeous 65-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. We were awarded the Best Senior Living Bronze Award 2023 from Star Tribune. Fremont Village is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today

    Shifts Available: Part-time 10:30p-6:30a Overnight (NOC), Every Other Weekend Required
    HHA Wage: $17-$22
    CNA Wage: $19-$24
    Shift Differential: PM: Extra $1/hr NOC: Extra $2/hr

    In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
    • CNA's and HHA'sprovide direct care toall genders ofresidents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.
    • Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
    • Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.
    • Assistwith medication administration.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
    • Strong interest in healthcare.
    • Positive, compassionate attitude.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
