- Evaluates acute and chronic dermatological conditions
- Completes full-body preventive skin examinations
- Performs minor in-clinic procedures
- Prescribes medications as appropriate
- Provides evidence-based, timely, compassionate care to a wide range of individuals
- Works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary medical team, including primary care physicians, physical medicine providers, behavioral health specialists and coaches, etc
- Completes thorough documentation, using EMR and other integrated tools
- Keeps open lines of respectful communication with other providers, clinic staff, and patients
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Completion of MD degree from an accredited medical school
- Current Board Certification in Dermatology
- Active Medical License in the State of Practice
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience providing dermatology care in a clinical setting
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience in an outpatient setting, specifically within an integrated primary care model
- Experience using EMR
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Mac OS (Pages, KeyNote, and Numbers), Google office products or other client systems such as Microsoft Office or HP products
- Experience with telehealth or virtual care offerings, including aptitude for associated technology
- Requires standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients.
- Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members. The base pay range for this position is $218.73 to $251.54 per hour. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.
