Position: Senior Project Manager MOA/MOE Finance at an international bank based in Casablanca

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager MOA/MOE Finance to join an international bank based in Casablanca.

Responsibilities:

• Project management and monitoring,
• Stakeholder management for internal and external project actors,
• Requirements definition,
• General design, detailed design,
• Configuration and implementation,
• Testing,
• Delivery of project deliverables,
• Support for deployment.
• Detailed documentation of all work produced,
• Change management (communication, training, procedures, and user support)

Requirements:

Senior MOA/MOE Project Manager:

A Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in MOA/MOE projects. The candidate should have a proven track record in managing Finance and Regulatory Reporting banking projects.

Operational Skills:

Engineer (BAC+ or higher), with at least 5 years of experience in the banking sector. Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and design thinking are essential, along with writing abilities and managerial skills.

• Experience in managing Finance and Regulatory Reporting banking projects.
• Good knowledge of CBS Amplitude.
• Proficiency in the Evolan Report tool.
• Cross-functional IT knowledge.
• Conceptualization of complex banking issues.
• Knowledge of project management methods.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with various project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project methodologies (Requirements definition, design, Banking Approval, Change Management, etc.).
• Effective communication skills and relational ease.
• Autonomy and teamwork spirit.
• Motivated, dynamic, results-oriented.

Contract Type: Freelance

Duration: 3 months renewable (minimum 1-year project)

Location: Casablanca
