    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Dentist to join our reputable dental practice located in Niles, MI.

    As a General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, promoting oral health and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dentist or a recent graduate looking to build a successful career in a supportive and patient-focused environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct thorough oral examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.

    Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, and teeth whitening.

    Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions in accordance with established dental procedures and ethical standards.
    Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive measures, and post-treatment care.


    Qualifications:
    D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.
    Valid state dental license in Michigan, or the ability to obtain a license promptly.
    Proven experience as a General Dentist, although recent graduates will also be considered.
    Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures with exceptional clinical skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
    Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting oral health.
    Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


    Compensation and Benefits:
    Competitive compensation package of $170,000 per year.
