    Aegis Worldwide is in collaboration with a prominent and growing manufacturing plant in Ashland City, TN. We are searching for a Project Engineer who will oversee projects ranging from small to medium scale, guiding them from conception to launch.

    Pay: $100,000-$110,000

    Job type: Full time, on-site.

    Key Duties:

    • Lead or engage in team activities, ensuring that management is well-informed for vital decisions.
    • Oversee the work of external contractors, incorporating their efforts into projects while maintaining high service standards.
    • Forecast project costs, resources, and timelines, and oversee progress to ensure objectives are met.
    • Determine project priorities, distribute tasks, and manage teams to fulfill project objectives.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, conducting project review meetings to cover costs, timelines, and outcomes.
    • Monitor project progress, adjust schedules, and deliver regular updates.
    • Identify project challenges and devise solutions to uphold productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
    • Act as a bridge between project leadership, the project team, and executive management.
    • Oversee project team dynamics and customer relations.
    • Facilitate interactions with clients and oversee subcontractors to guarantee project success.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
    • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
    • Must possess experience in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors.
    • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
    • Familiarity with the principles of lean manufacturing.
