    Description

    Location: Redwood City

    Pay Rate: $22/hour

    Shift: Morning shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm

    Description:


    • Operating various production machines.


    • Trimming floor warming systems to specifications.


    • Soldering and/or crimping electrical connections for floor warming systems.


    • Ability to operate electrical continuity and strength testing equipment.


    • Supporting the timely fulfilment of our customers' orders.


    • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.


    • Supporting and seeking production efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:


    • Computer skills (Excel, Outlook) would be an asset.


    • SAP Experience desired but not required.


    • 2-3 years of work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.


    • Motivated by challenges and solving problems, this candidate has a history of exceeding expectations, thrives in a fast paced, customer driven organization, excels in a team environment and exhibits flexibility in order to effectively manage an ever changing work flow.


    • Capable of participating in LEAN exercises.


    • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing "Lean Manufacturing" environment


    • Exceptional attention to detail
