    About the role:
    We are seeking an entrepreneurial marketing leader to be our Growth Marketing Director. You will build a growth strategy in that role upon our partner-led GTM sales motion.

    You will lead a talented team of marketers while collaborating with sales and product teams to hit pipeline and revenue goals, bringing Sangoma Cloud Communications to more SMBs and Midmarket businesses in the US.

    This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and content processes to create demand and capture the market within two different audiences:
    the end customers and the channel partner ecosystem. The Growth Marketing Director will be an individual contributor and report to Sangoma's VP of Global Marketing.


    Your Role:

    Develop a channel partner-led sales acquisition strategy to deliver qualified leads to distribute to our partners in collaboration with our regional channel managers (RCMs).

    Support the success team in developing a product upsell strategy.

    Set the strategy across all areas of growth marketing (paid, demand gen, marketing ops/martech, lifecycle/email, website optimization), with the ability to be hands-on, particularly in demand gen and marketing ops.

    Develop and mentor a team of marketers and manage agencies Be extremely data-driven and be an expert at defining, setting, and reporting on full-funnel KPIs (working with a data science team)

    Develop strong relationships with sales teams and product/engineering teams to collaborate on growth strategy across the company Be a critical voice of marketing leadership, understanding how to hit revenue goals while staying true to the brand and putting the customer and partners first Make strong, principled decisions and influence a cross-functional group to execute There are lots of paths that could lead you to be successful in a role like this; we think the strongest candidates will have some of this experience:

    Your Background: 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 3+ years mentoring people SaaS experience: You've worked at a B2B, preferably a SaaS company, and ideally have been there as they built out a partner-led growth motion Breadth in all areas of growth marketing, with deep expertise in demand gen, website management & conversion rate optimization, and marketing ops and analytics Proficiency in full-stack of marketing tools: You know what tools to use and how to use them-or you can figure it out quickly.

    We're currently using Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress (CMS), Jira (Project Management)

    You have an experimentation mindset.

    You understand the importance of testing and scaling what works, can prioritize tests, and find ways to get them out quickly.

    Experience working in fast-paced environments, leveraging agile practices and tools (Agile project management, Scrum, etc.) Experience collaborating cross-functionally:
    sales, success, product

    Bonus Points:
    Experience in the Cloud Communications space Experience with channel partners like TSDs, VARs, and MS

    The compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience, with the potential to make $ 125K to $170K.
