- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, identifying needs, resolving pain points, and offering solutions to the projects they are building.
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, wholesalers, and lumberyards through regular customer and job site visits.
- Grow the territory by developing new customer relationships through a mix of established accounts, warm leads, and targeted cold outreach.
- Stay actively engaged with customers with consistent follow-up via phone, virtual, and in-person meetings
- Develop strong product knowledge through ongoing training and vendor partnerships, and confidently explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Provide product training to customers and represent the company at vendor training sessions, plant tours, and trade shows.
- Track customer activity, follow-ups, and sales progress in HubSpot CRM and work closely with the Premiere team to support shared sales goals.
- Travel regularly within the territory for customer and jobsite visits, with occasional overnight travel for vendor training or events.
- Relationship-focused: Invested in customer success, able to build trust, understand customer goals, and position yourself as a long-term partner.
- Experienced: Understanding of the construction industry is required; construction sales experience is preferred. Construction project managers, foremen, or skilled contractors willing to learn sales through on-the-job training are encouraged to apply.
- Team Player: Ready to jump in wherever needed to support the team and serve the customer—whether that's selling, problem-solving, or lending a hand when things get busy.

- Base salary of $75,000-$85,000, plus commission
