Job summary
We are seeking a Help DeskTechncian to join our growing team here at Connsci.
This individual will be focused on both supporting recurring business operations as well as special projects.
Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize daily technical support
- Troubleshoot common network issues and hardware/software issues using component-level physical and logical diagnostic tools
