• Greets patients and visitors
• Check in/out patients accurately and efficiently.
• Checks patients in/out of eClinicalworks
• Scans all paperwork in eCw
• Monitors reception area and patient flow, notifies patients of delays
• Answers questions and gives information as requested
• Calls the answering service for overnight consults
• Obtains and/or verifies patient demographic and insurance information
• Collects co-payments, personal payments at time of service
• Places patient paperwork into clipboard
• Schedules, cancels and reschedules patient appointments
• Cross-train at check-in/check-out
• Travels between multiple locations in Marietta/East Cobb and Hiram.
