- Establish and Build Relationship at various level with the customer including CXOs .
- Understanding customer business strategy and priorities; Will be Our Client Brand ambassador to the customer.
- Stimulate, surface, and shape business demand;
- Identify customer pain points and present Business proposal to the customers, understand and position Our Client product and services to the customer.
- Dynamic Demand creation and conversion of opportunities for Growth
- Own RFP and proactive pursuits , improve win ratio, drive contractual and financial negotiations as per Our Client guidelines.
- Lead the RFP, contract and financial negotiations
- Manage and own Account P&L .
- Ensuring revenue realization on time.
- Ensure compliance to contractual and financials agreements.
- Have deep domain understanding of Aerospace Industry and should be Business & digital advisor to the customer.
- Position Our Client to be growth & transformation partner of the customer.
- Oversight of Project Delivery and projects Operations.
- Ensure compliance to contractual, security and GDPR and financial commitments.
- Should have minimum of 12 years of overall experience
- Must have deep Aerospace domain understanding (various commercial and defense product line, life cycle and process )
- Good Understanding of Aerospace NPI, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply chain , after market process understanding
