    Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

    Experience:


    • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.


    • Preferred 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.


    • 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).


    • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <90 miles from facility will be processed as local.


    • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • No current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Methodist Texas.

    Additional Details:

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    Required skills and experience: Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Right heart catheterization, Pulmonary Studies/Procedures, Vascular Studies/Procedures, Work Settings, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Medications, Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Thrombolytics, Professional Knowledge and Skills, End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Infection Prevention, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Sheath Removal/Monitoring, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Cardioversion, Circulate Procedures

    Preferred skills and experience: Rotablator atherectomy, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Pulmonary Angiography, Pulmonary Embolization, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography

    Preferred credentials: Military acceptable, AHA preferred. No ARC

    Shift & schedule requirements: Monday - Friday. On Call will be required.

    • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
