- Bachelor of Science degree in relevant field
- Top Secret Security Clearance/SSBI
- 5+ years of system design experience
- Experience in new technology development
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in an engineering leadership role
- Experience with risk identification and mitigation
- Knowledge of FPGAs, ASICs, and chip technologies
- Agile engineering environment experience
- Proficiency in Cameo, DOORS, SysML, DoDAF
- Counter Intelligence scope polygraph certification
