    Job Summary:

    The Technology Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities pertaining to the sale of equipment. This role supports customers by activating, registering, subscribing, and invoicing our technology products, such as VisionLink, CAT RAM, SIS2GO, PCC, Electronic Technician (CAT ET), and SIS2.0.

    The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.

    Essential Functions:
    • Serves as the main contact for external customers and sales representatives
    • Uses multiple software systems simultaneously
    • Reconciles customer subscriptions levels and quantities
    • Ensure timely subscription renewals
    • Provide customer support for various Caterpillar digital products and services
    • Manages and monitors customer access to various Caterpillar digital products
    • Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external customers and Caterpillar
    • Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
    • Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
    • Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Knowledge of construction equipment sales industry
    • Knowledge of business accounting principles
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
    • Intermediate computer and related software applications skills
    • Intermediate MS Office Excel and MS Word skills
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
    • Ability to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional manner
    • The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
    • The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
    Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Up to two years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • None
    Travel:
    • Up to 5% travel may be expected
    Physical Requirements:
    • This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.
    • This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
    • Occasionally moves materials or equipment weighing up to 10 lbs.
    • Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
    • Routinely reacts to visual, auditory, and other signals, including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work
    Work Environment:
    • Regularly works indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
    • Occasionally works outdoors and may be exposed to weather extremes conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity
    • Frequently works at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
